What's early

Automation. Greeting, away, keyword auto-replies, and WhatsApp Flows (in-chat forms) ship today. A visual drag-and-drop chatbot builder is not built yet.
Commerce. Product and catalog message types are supported at the API layer, but there's no product picker UI or catalog connection wizard yet. If WhatsApp Commerce is central to your business, this isn't fully ready.
Mobile app. Klaros is web-only. No native iOS/Android app.

Who should wait

If you need enterprise RBAC with department-level queue routing and SLA timers, a visual chatbot builder, full WhatsApp Commerce, or a mobile app today, Klaros isn't the right fit yet. Auto-assignment routing (round-robin, least-busy, sticky, skill-based) is live, but enterprise-grade department routing is not. We'd rather you know that upfront than find out after onboarding. Check back, or ask us where a specific feature is on the roadmap.

Everything you're wondering

Do I need a Cloudflare account?

Only if you self-deploy. Your free trial and our hosted plan run on our cloud. No Cloudflare needed, start in minutes. Cloudflare comes in only when you choose to self-deploy, so your data lives in infrastructure you fully control (the free tier works to start).

Can I keep my existing WhatsApp number?

Yes. Klaros connects to your existing WhatsApp Business Account and number via Meta's official embedded signup. Coexistence means you can keep using the WhatsApp Business app on the same number. Both work side by side.

What happens if I stop using Klaros?

You export your contacts and conversations (full CSV, any time), disconnect the WhatsApp integration, and keep your Meta account. Self-deployed, your data was always in your own Cloudflare; hosted, you export it and we delete our copy. No lock-in, no exit fee.

How is this different from using the WhatsApp Cloud API directly?

The Cloud API gives you a raw messaging pipe. Klaros adds everything around it: a shared inbox, contact management, broadcast tools, consent enforcement, a cost dashboard, webhooks, and a REST API. Run it hosted by us or self-deployed into your own Cloudflare account. Think of it as the product layer a developer would have to build themselves.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Start free with full functionality, hosted by us (no Cloudflare needed). You only pay for your own Meta messaging costs (which go directly to Meta, not us). Connect your number, send real messages, and evaluate before choosing a hosted plan or your own self-deployed licence.

Every WhatsApp Business tool I evaluated charged a hidden per-message markup, 15–25% on top of what Meta actually bills. But the cost wasn't the worst part. The worst part was that none of them cared about the story behind each conversation.

I'm the first customer. Every conversation my business has ever had is in Klaros. The warm ones where a customer came back after months and we picked up exactly where we left off, and the tough ones where something went wrong and we needed the receipt.
